We hired the Boxcar Cantina taco truck for a benefit event, and we could not have been more pleased with the truck staff and the quality of the food. They prepare the food in the truck and serve on a table, which was perfect for our venue. They tailored a vegetarian menu for our event, and the food was ample and delicious. The amiable and efficient staff went the extra mile to make sure everyone had enough to eat. We would definitely sign them up again for next year’s event!
