He knows that delicious fresh authentic Mexican food and great customer service are the cornerstones of Boxcar. James’ dilligence, honesty and treating his staff like family has helped foster a welcoming atmosphere at Boxcar like no other restaurant in Town.

Romana, a knowledgeable and warm hostess who provides outstanding hospitality and ensures that guests feel welcome from the moment they step in. She’s always working to accommodate requests of many types and is an important part of the success of Boxcar.

With over 25 years working in the kitchen at Boxcar, Lucio’s skills and attention to detail are unparalleled in the industry. His passion for creating authentic and delicious Mexican dishes are the reason customers taste the difference and return so often for their favorites at Boxcar.

Janice has worked at Boxcar since its opening, and is the familiar friendly face everyone knows and loves when they walk in the door. From waiting tables, managing and keeping the books she wears a lot of hats that keep Boxcar Cantina going. She is the irreplaceable heart of the place.
